Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@rawself.com.au with photos. We will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement or credit) at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a remedy if products are faulty or not fit for purpose.
