By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Safety Information

Ingredients
Our apple chips contain: Apples

Our products are free from: gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame, and sulphites.

Cross-Contamination Warning
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle other foods and ingredients. While we take care to clean equipment thoroughly, there may be traces of other allergens present. By purchasing, you acknowledge this risk and agree to make an informed decision based on your individual health needs.

⚠️ Choking Hazard Warning
Apple chips may be a choking risk. Please chew carefully, supervise children while eating, and consume while seated.

Storage Instructions

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Consume by the use-by date on the package

2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide to all major cities, suburbs, and rural areas.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Free shipping promotions are automatically applied when active

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Track your package through the courier’s website.

Incorrect or Missing Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout

  • Raw Self is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • If your order is delayed or missing, contact us at hello@rawself.com.au and we’ll help resolve the issue

3. Returns & Refunds

No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@rawself.com.au with photos. We will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement or credit) at our discretion.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if products are faulty or not fit for purpose.
